I know its not morning at this time but I did want to start this post by writing “konnichiwa” ! I love Japan and everything related to it. Everything in Japan is Perfection according to me. The only reason I want to learn Japanese is to watch anime without subtitles!! Watching anime has improved my Japanese understanding. I love Japanese food lots.
By now, you must know I am a hardcore Japan lover! That was a weird sentence. Japanese women have wonderful skin, because of their diet, they have lots of green vegetables, seafood, green tea etc and also because of the advanced skin care products they have. I came across Hada Labo, through a friend, she did a review of some Hada Labo products. At that time I had no way of buying it. I have been checking these products online, but the price was not reasonable. Few months before, we went to India and we had to stop at Malaysia airport for 4 hours. I had terrible shoe bite, so we went in Guardian Pharmacy to get band aid. Going around the aisle, I found Hada Labo products. Neil told me, first get the band aid and do what you want but I was mesmerized. So he got angry, and we bought band aid and left. But I was miserable, so we went back and he bought me “Hado Labo Arbutin Whitening Lotion”. Since I was going to the Northern part of India, and it was summer out there, seeing the consistency of the lotion and it contains Hyaluronic acid I decided to give it a go.
Hada Labo says:
- Contains Arbutin to fight dark spots. Smoothes & clarifies to optimize skin’s radiance & translucency.
- Vitamin C helps skin recover from accumulated sun damage while reducing the appearance of dark spots to give clearer, fairer skin.
- Contains Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate intensely, keeping skin soft & supple.
- Skin pH balanced. Low irritation.
- Free of fragrances, mineral oil, alcohol & colorant.
Let me clear everything first. No, I am not a person who wants to have white skin. I just want to get rid of my acne scars, freckles and have and even complexion. Whitening products are great products as they have ingredients which delays the aging process. we’ll talk about that in another post. The lotion has a chalky and the consistency is watery. I have only good things to say about this lotion, my freckles have lightened, my skin complexion is even, it has faded my acne scars a lot. It brightens my skin. I also got compliments about my skin is glowing, and is more soft. It is awesome, it did not give me any breakouts, my skin did not turn oily, it did not cause any irritation to my skin. Summer time in India was harsh, this lotion kept my skin hydrated throughout the day. Plus it will last a long time. I apply 2-3 drops twice a day, since 2 and a half months. I have used only one quarter of the product. It also makes your make up look natural.
